DAKI (Drop, Add, Keep, Improve)
What it is
Drop, Add, Keep, Improve. A process improvement format that focuses on what to change. Similar to Start/Stop/Continue but with more nuance — "Improve" allows for iteration rather than binary keep/drop decisions.
When to use it
Best for process improvement sprints. Use when the team is evaluating workflows, tools, or ceremonies. Ideal when you want actionable process changes.
